PASSBOOK OR BUSINESS SAVINGS ACCOUNT:

1. Minimum opening balance requirement: $50.00

2. Quarterly Maintenance Fee:

   Minimum Balance during quarterly statement cycle period:

   $0 to $199.99	-	$3.00 Account Maintenance Fee*
   $200.00 or more	-	NONE

   • Persons under (18) eighteen years of age will be exempt from this fee. Persons through the age of (22) twenty-two years and considered full-time students will also be exempt.
   • Persons age (62) sixty-two years and older will be exempt from this fee.*

3. Quarterly Transaction Fee:

   • Unlimited deposits and ten withdrawals per quarter at no charge
   • Withdrawals exceeding the limit will be charged $.50 per withdrawal or transfer
   • Fee is waived with an average balance of $1,000.00 or more during the statement cycle
   • Persons age (62) sixty-two years and older will be exempt from this fee.*

4. Inactivity Fee:

   An activity fee of $5.00 per quarter is charged if there have been no transactions for (12) twelve months, and the account balance falls below $100.00.

5. All non-profit organizations will be exempt from the above fees.

Interest Calculations: The daily ledger balance method is used to calculate the interest on your account. Interest is compounded quarterly.

Interest Rate: The interest rate paid on the daily ledger balance is subject to change. At the Bank's discretion, rate changes could occur monthly.

Federal Law Withdrawal Limitations: No more than (6) six withdrawals per month may be made for the purpose of transferring funds to another account of depositor at the Bank or making third party payments by means of pre-authorized, automatic, or telephone transfers.

The Bank reserves the right to require a seven-day notice of withdrawal.
