Maintenance Fee:
If the account balance falls below $1,000.00 on any day in the monthly statement cycle, the account will be subject to a $15.00 fee for that statement cycle.
Excess Withdrawal Fee:
A $10.00 fee will be assessed for each transaction that exceeds the six preauthorized, automatic or telephone transfers (to a third party or to another account of yours), and any transaction that exceeds the three by check, draft or debit card payment to a third party. Unlimited deposits may be made. There are no transaction limitations on the number of withdrawals from the account that are conducted in person with an authorized representative of the bank or through an ATM.
Interest may be paid at five different rates, based on the following tier structure:

Interest Calculations: The daily ledger balance method is used to calculate the interest on your account. Interest is compounded monthly.
Interest Rate: The interest rate paid on the daily ledger balance is subject to change. At the Bank's discretion, rate changes could occur at any time.
The Bank reserves the right to require a (7) seven-day notice of withdrawal.
Federal Law Withdrawal Limitations: During any calendar month or statement cycle of at least four weeks, you may not make more than six withdrawals or transfers to another account of yours or to a third party by means of a preauthorized or automatic transfer or telephone order or instruction. No more than three of the six transfers may be made by check, draft, debit card (if applicable) or similar order to a third party. If monthly transactions exceed this legal limit, the account will be subject to closure, pursuant to Federal regulations.
