REGULAR OR BUSINESS CHECKING ACCOUNT:

1. Minimum opening balance requirement: $25.00

2. Monthly Maintenance Fee:

   Minimum Balance during monthly statement cycle period

   $0 to $999.99	-	$7.00 monthly account maintenance fee*
   Over $1,000.00	-	NONE

   • Persons under (18) eighteen years of age will be exempt from this fee. Persons through the age of (22) twenty-two years and considered full-time students will also be exempt.
   • Persons age (62) sixty-two years and older will be exempt from this fee.*

3. Monthly Transaction Fee:

   Unlimited deposits and (25) debit items per month at no charge.
   Debit items exceeding the limit will be charged at $.15 per item.
   Fee is waived with a minimum balance of $1,000.00 during statement cycle. *

   • Persons age (62) sixty-two years and older will exempt from this fee.

4. Inactivity Fee:

   An inactivity fee of $3.00 per month is charged if there have been no transactions for (12) twelve months, and the account balance falls below $100.00.

The Bank reserves the right to charge for drawing on uncollected funds.
